Why still no blu-ray release?

All of Fincher's other films have been released in blu-ray. Pretty much all of them in rather good quality. According to the imdb tech specs this was finished in 2K, understandable considering the release date, but I figure that won't matter for a 4K blu-ray version? Either way, I'm sure this would look gorgeous on blu-ray. Even though the film has a rather bleak and blue look to it. However, it is his last film shot on actual film lol, I think the negatives can handle a 4K restoration.

War, what is it good for?

I assume it's not for technical/quality reasons, but rather because it's his least popular film. But I have no idea if that's true. Whatever, that's what Criterion is for. C'mon Criterion. Get on the stick already.

Yeah I don't think it's amongst his best films tbh. Still hope we get a blu-ray one day.
