Blu-Ray question

I see the Blu-Ray is listed with the PG-13 rating and theatrical running time. Are the alternate unrated scenes included on the disc, or is it just the theatrical cut?

It's a blu-ray from British Columbia, Canada and it has no special features and only has the edited U.S. cut. Good picture and sound though.
