....or did the Captain have a corncob shoved up his bunghole? Was it ever explained why he had such contempt for Hondo and the SWAT team?
shareI think he was a by-the-rules bureaucrat and Hondo is a bit of a cowboy. And, the captain was forced to take Hondo back into his squad because the LAPD were getting a bad reputation.
