Do you think Majorek made it out of the Ghetto uprising? He was a soldier in the Army before the war, so he might have had better experience in urban fighting. He seemed to be the most cool and level headed guy in the Ghetto.
He did not survive. He was based on an actual person, one of the leaders of the Ghetto uprising:

There is a street of his name now in Warsaw, where ghetto used to be.
Majorek was a real person himself. Though, as you say, like Anielewicz it seems he did not survive.
