Hi, I live in the US and absolutely loved the book Niicholas Nickleby. And I also love the amazing actor James D'Arcy. I was wondering if anyone knew if they sold it in the USA? And I was also wondering what it is rated...Thanks! :)

Yes. It's sold in US. It's rated 4 1/2 stars out of 5 on amazon, although I think it should be a 5.
