I wonder why is that Steve's brother Matt was not included in the 3rd film since it would have been cool if his younger brother finally would have lost his virginity but the actor that played him would have been 17 at the time.
shareHis younger brother would of been there just to have more of the cast from the first 2 films in the third. Stifler's arc in American Wedding doesn't require his brother to be involved, and would have had no impact in the final film.
Plus the chracter takes centre stage in the straight to dvd film American Pie: Band Camp.

Makes no sense for him to be in American Wedding. Would have liked for him to make an appearance in American Reunion though.
