Does anyone know when this movie is going to be on Tv again?

For Canada, there's CityTV (formerly A-Channel). I spotted it once and then missed it. I was told by a sibling that they would probably re-play because it shows that type of movie, and I do recall them re-playing it, but it's been a pretty long and lousy wait. But I have no other way to get it since I'm not going to pay to rent it.
