Why does the DVD not contain a Spanish language track?

Oh the irony... is there an entirely Spanish language DVD of this that I don't know about? Jenny from the Block appears to have her movie put on a DVD that only has English and French.

If you're interested, the Region 2 PAL DVD of this film has an optional Spanish language track, in Dolby Digital 5.1 no less.
