Bob Hoskins quit his job?oh come on!

There is no way Bob's character would just quit like that,he must of worked hard and put in a good few years to get to that position. They had no emotional attachment in the film..just to say he liked working with her and could see she would make a good manager is just so lame.He gave a silly us with no money and them with loads of money but it is digenity that wins the day was total tosh....money always wins as everone has a price.Bob was a bloody fool to quit his job because of this silly, lying, deceatful maid was balderdash and piffle!

I was thinking that was ridiculous too - what was he standing up for? All the maids worldwide who tried on guests' clothes and then (gasp) got fired? That Caroline was not out of line - just because Marissa was supposed to be the nice girl and Caroline was kind of ditzy does not give Marissa the right to do what she did and then pull a "woe is me" act when she got fired.

It's like Hoskins quit because all us hotel guests are so snobby we don't allow housekeeping staff to take our clothes and wear them all day?? So ridiculous!!

How about the Bureau of Magic and Spellcasting?

He was a man of honor who felt her termination was unjustified.

Besides if he was as good at his job as they say he was, he would have no problem finding an equivalent job in another high end hotel.
