Judging by your list I'm going to assume you mean actual players of the game and not just entertaining/likable HG, I'd actually have the same list as you except I'd substitute Janelle for Alison Irwin.

Yes at least one criteria is to be a gamer in some way (be that strategy, or comp wins).

Right on about Allison. She was a beast in season 4! Was bummed to see her go so early in All-Stars

I really dont think derrick wouldve won a different season that has aired. He literally got paired with a bunch of idiots. His strategy wouldnt have worked with someone who has half a brain.
