I was thinking of either Laura from BB11 or Danielle from BB14. Both wore heels quite frequently and I could have seen either being the type to look like they could barely walk in them.

I meant that the shoes were massive. Not the normal 3 or 4 inch heels. But the sky scraper 6 or 7 inch heels.
When I said they can barely walk in them I mean that she finds it not easy to walk in them. Which is kind of obvious when the shoes have 7 inch heels. I did rewatch season 14 so Danielle is clearly not the one I mentioned. The girl was much shorter.
So you're ruling out everybody from BB14, because my first thought was JoJo.

Well it is clearly not BB8 , BB14 , BB 15 , BB3 or BB 6. Which are the season I rewatched.

I am not sure if she lasted long. But one thing was for sure that she was on the smaller made side. As even in heels she did not look tall.
I just watched BB15 and Racheal's sister Elyssa .... actually wears sky scraper heels that she can barely walk in. And she is kind of petite as well.
Though she is not the one I mentioned this would give you an indicator as to the kind of girl I meant.
