IVAN REITMAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF!!!
Ghostbusters is a comedy classic, for sure, but this awful movie is CRINGE by comparison, it feels more like a Michael Bay movie or an Emmerich disaster movie! The characters are terrible, unfunny, annoying, and from what I can see, the actors have all faded from the spotlight since then.
I saw this back when it released and have only seen it for the second time tonight, and apart from some interesting creature designs in early CGI, and the giant monster at the end, I didn't recall anything else about it then. But now I think I know why my mind more or less blotted the movie out.
Awful!
