Where was 'I Got Rhythm' on the DVD

I am really annoyed!!! On my DVD which I bought of this movie they have cut out the performance of Tammy portraying Judy singing "I Got Rhythm" from the 1943 movie "Girl Crazy"... This sequence was so powerful when broadcast on the TV release because it showed Judy being worked like a dog by that dreadful task-master Busby Berkely... Why on earth did they cut it out of the DVD release? It was a whole 8 minute number of Judy continually doing take after take of "I Got Rhythm" with Buzz shouting at her to 'open her eyes' and 'give more Judy, give more!!' Judy finally collapses on the set... All gone from the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic!

Maybe it was because it was in the wrong place, I mean right after Lorna talks abd David rose! Two years before was when they were married, a lot of the movie seems to mis match, and jump fowards and backwards, then a little later you hear the recording to "Im always chasing rainbows, I mean come on, I love the movie and the acting is great, but it just doesnt line up in a number of places. Also, on anothe r note, I feel that davis was a little too, energetic isnt the right word, but strong? maybe. It just want right to me, and she wasnt, well funny, The real judy was funny with out realizing it, in the home videos you see, its genuine humor, but there was none of that in this.
Just my thoughts
