I know she had a couple affairs. But I remember watching the movie along time ago and the scene that comes to mind is when she's in a hotel room and she's crying hystericaly because some man she was in love with got married? who was the guy? who did he marry? or am i just remembering another movie.

That was this one. Not sure if it's really counted as an affair though since she was 17 years old when this happened and not married. She was in love with him and thought he was in love with her. And the fact that he got married on his very first date didn't help either. It was Artie Shaw and he married Lana Turner.
