This Film Should've been a Three-parter

Although I liked this movie very much, I find there was so much they missed from the 40's. Alot happened in the 40's besides Judy's marriage to Vincente, her drug addiction and Meet Me in St. Louis. She was married before Vincente. I would've liked to have seen Gene Kelly, Robert Stack, Jackie Cooper and Ann Miller portrayed in there somewhere considering they were also close friends with Judy. It was actually Robert Stack that took her out to meet Arty Lange in secret. She also campaigned to get Kelly cast in "For Me and My Gal" after seeing him on broadway in "Pal Joey". The children's ward story when Judy was recovering to do "Easter Parade". I would've loved to have seen more of the 40's.

I would have loved to have seen scenes around Judgement In Nuremberg (along with her second Oscar nomination) and her two Grammy wins in 1962.
