does anyone have R1 unrated dvd??

I have the R2 UK version of the film. Was just wonderin if this one (which has a UK 18 rating), is the same as the US R rated or Unrated version. Usually when something is cut in the US for sexual content we get a better version (BBFC dont seem to mind sex). The reason I ask is because a few of the sex scenes fade to black and dont really seem to finish properly.
So if someone does know the differences between the US R and Unrated versions I would be very greatful.
