Hey, after attempting the boss, Deathguise, in Memoria, I have realized that I am nowhere near strong enough to beat the final boss. My party is anywhere between 41 and 56. However, I do not know where to find essential spells such as Holy and Flare.
Can anybody help me?

Hm...one of the best bets is just to find Steiner's Ragnarok. With the ability "Shock", it'll deal 9,999 every time, I think. The Ragnarok is found in one of the Chocobo Hot & Cold missions.
Other than that...use Eiko and / or Garnet to heal with Cur(e/a/aga). I think my 'Final Boss' party consists of Zidane, Steiner, Eiko and Garnet.
Use the gals to heal and summon when there's no-one to heal. Zidane could probably get away with attacking normally every time, and use Steiner's Shock. Should do the trick.

I'm not sure where you get Holy... However you get flare from the black robe (I think you may be able to buy it in the Black Mage Village but I'm not 100% certain). Secondly as mentioned above play Chocobo hot and cold. One of the last treasures contains Steiners Ragnarok which has the shock ability (Costs 46mp and deals 9999 almost every time). Also make sure you equip as many anti status affect abilities as possible even if you ave to learn new ones!! I just beat the game for my third time except this time I was in a lower level than normal (50 - 53) Bassically just make shock and curaga/elixers your priority while getting a physical attack in whenever you get a chance.
BTW, in case you need it, Curaga can be learned from Daggers short range weapon that is sold at Black Mage Village.
Also, you get Holy from the Angel flute which is somewhere in the area where u see the memory of Alexandria.
For Kuja, i use Steiner, Quina, Eiko and Amarant. Steiner's Stock Break and Climhazzard do enough damage. Quina's magic works fine enough (she can cast Auto-Life and Kuja can't reflect her magic) and Limit Glove is useful (does 9999 when her HP is 1. Amarant can throw all the weapons you dont need and his normal attacks do enough damage. Eiko can dispel his reflect and hit him with Holy and Madeen and heal the party.
For Necron, i use the other four. If you want extra Elixirs, Necron has three of them (then use Thievery). Garnet can summon Ark or Bahamut and heal the party. Vivi will naturally reflect magic off the party and onto Necron. Freya can draw MP from him for everyone and she can avoid the Neutron Ring attack if you make her jump (especially when she's in Trance)

If you use Eiko and Vivi, then you can casr reflect on your entire party with Carbuncle then have Vivi cast Thundaga or Blizaga or whatever on your entire party. It bounces back normally around 9000+
