I'm a Buscemi fan, but I've never seen DD. How much is he in it? IMDb lists him far down on the cast list. I mean, I'll rent whatever he's in, but I'd just like to know whether he's only in a couple of scenes. Thanks!

Alright, I saw it last night. Bloody hell, that was bad. *Spoiler, I guess.* Steve gets killed 30 minutes in and he's only in about 3 scenes. Not that I expected him to be in it a lot. It really jumped the shark at that point. (What else would happen when the best actor in the film departs?) Ugh.

That he does. And he does a good job acting in this film. Plus, we get to see him in his underwear in Domestic Disturbance, and that's not a bad thing.

BTW- Does anyone know if the tatoo on Buscemi's arm in that scene was real, or did they just paint that on for the character?

although he's a minor character, he's great in this film. he looks a bit like that punk vagabond he is the master to play, kinda like his character in Fargo and some other movies. anyway, the movie at all is not all bad, but is just another thriller like other thousands. the kind of movie that anyone would do, full of cliches and cheesy lines. just entertaining. you watch it, and ten minutes later you forget about it.

ya know while they where shooting this movie vince vaughn got into a bar fight and steve was there and got stabbed a couple times

This does go downhill right after Steve Buscemi's character gets killed off - not a complete coincidence.

I could see Vince beating someone up. He's six feet and five inches, plus he's very wide and muscular.

this movie pisses me off...how can anyone let a stupid f-er like Vince do that? ERRRRR i would errrr angers me so very much!!! anyways i met steve in Akron, Ohio for a John Kerry rally...and a couple other actors..it was fun..

I just read an article about the incident. The funny thing is, is that the article about the bar brawl from People magazine is dated April 10th 1998. The movie was released in 2001. Did this movie sit on a shelf for 2 or 3 years ?

Steve was good in this movie, unfortunately he was only in it for 30 mins. The movie improved the moment he appeared and was not a bad movie after that.
