I just can't believv tht this is the final season.

I am going to miss the Joseph Family.

I know what you mean. I have watched it from day one and I can't believe it's going off. Whose decision was that anyway ? great storyline, great acting and it's just nice to see US on the screen in positive roles.

Tell me about it the one drama we have and it last 4 seasons. Not to mention that this season is getting to be really good.

That sucks! I didnt know this was the final season. I havent seen it in a while. I wanted to buy season one on DVD but its a pretty penny.

I read an article that stated Showtime wanted to end things while the series was still on top.

Actually, the powers that be deemed the show too expensive to keep going. That seems very fishy to me, provided that they were already shooting in Toronto to cut costs. Every person that I know that watches Soul Food subscribed to Showtime just so they could watch the show. That means they got a boost in ratings, especially being watched by all races. But shows like Sex and the City can go on forever and be cut short only when the actor says so.

God,Ive only started to watch this show which i think is great and it's going off the air!This sucks,the quality of the show is outstanding and the guys on it are just good enough to eat,mmmmmmmmm
