The blonde receptionist

Christina91, Teri fired the receptionist because when upon Teri's arrival at the receptionist desk at the new firm, the receptionist and that male attorney standing sitting there talking with her (and getting cozy with) mistook Teri for just another client coming to meet with one of the firm's attorneys. In addition, both of them "put their feet in the mouths" after the receptionist said something like, 'I bet my money on it that you're lookin' at him.' (implying that rather than this "Terry Joseph" person, it would be the attorney she's talking with would end up being the one to TRULY head up the firm). They both also made the assumption in their minds that this "Terry Joseph" person was a going to be a man. So, therefore, that is why Teri then smugly told them, 'Well, you're looking at HER--I'm Teri Joseph.' So, immediately, both the dizzy receptionist and the attorney flirting with her (both embarrased by their unprofessional lazing-around-the-office demeanor during work hours and not recognizing Teri as their top boss) straightened themselves and stood with respect, introducing themselves to 'Miss Joseph.' So, yeah, that's why Teri fired her butt! LOL!
