Hi. Yes, the episodes on Disc 4 of the season 2 box set are as follows: 'Fly Away Home,' 'If You Don't Know Me By Now...,' 'From Dreams To Nightmares,' and 'A Taste Of Justice.' Hope this helps! :)
shareThanks, Im missing that disk, given that I received my copy of the DVD, at a swapmeet. Is this episodes crucial or important to the whole set? Should I get the set again at an actual store, or should I just wait for Season 3?
shareWell, for continuity purposes, it could be, as you say "crucial" to have it in your collection. If I were you, I'd want to have it--simply because I'm a big "Soul Food" fan. I guess it really boils down to how badly you wan to see this great episodes. In the meantime, to help you decide, here are the synopses of each episode: 'Fly Away Home': Bird gets a big break when she's asked to be stylist for a musical group (real-life singer Deborah Cox's) on a six-month tour. Lem is less than thrilled with the news, which forces Bird to choose between what's good for her family and what's right for her career; 'If You Don't Know me By Now': After the family grocery store J&H is torched, Lem is arrested as the prime suspect. Teri and a new lawyer at the firm join forces to come to his defense; 'From Dreams To Nightmares': Teri's person priorities impact her job in ways she never expected, causing her to lose a longtime client and give Lem's defense case to another attorney. Damon discovers that being one sport star's agent means crossing a moral line he never imagined; and 'A Taste Of Justice': Desperate to clear his name, Lem gets an old dealer to try to help him find the store's arsonist. Kenny gets into trouble himself when he has a confrontation with a soccer dad and his banned from future games.
shareI would buy it from a store to have all discs. It will not be the same without seeing all episodes. And as Ktoglesby said, I'd get it for continuity purposes.
