I'd say Teri and Bird, for a few reasons:
- Bird was the first person Teri told about her panic attacks (she wasn't planning on telling Maxine at all)
- Teri was the one Bird was asking for after the car accident (and she only let Teri in to the bathroom at first when she had the accident on the couch)
- Teri was also the one Bird first went to when she was having doubts about having another baby
I feel like even though they're all a big happy family now the fact that Max hooked up with Kenny when he was still with Teri may have affected how close they are, even just a little bit.
