I enjoyed the mock mortuary/embalming ads in season 1

I wish they had incorporated that into the following seasons but I guess the creator/writers thought it ran its course?

It reminds me of the unfunny comic in the Sopranos who appeared in Season 1 and 2. Nobody laughed at him but his jokes were pretty searing.
