Was Maya really Nate's kid? [Spoilers]
As Lisa's arc closed, does it mean that Lisa's pregnancy was an outrageous manipulation on Nate?

As crazy as Lisa was about Nate I doubt she'd continued her affair with her brother in law..and it was something, apparently, he couldn't accept.
Her pregnancy coincided with Nate's visit and she accepted the job as that assistant to be near him and hoping he would do what he ended up doing.
A lot of people hated Lisa but I don't think she really consciously tried to trap Nate. I think she just thought the job offer was a sign .. And she hoped Nate would eventually love her back.
I agree. A lot of the harsh stuff that Nate says after Lisa's death is out of bitterness at the affair and not necessarily meant to be taken literally. I don't think she trapped him. She was approaching that age when women want to have kids and she finally decided to keep the baby and raise it herself. She had been in love with Nate for a long time so when he proposed or offered to marry her, Lisa obviously would not have said no.
