What is a Juwanna?

Is this a made-up name for the character, or is it slang for, "Do you want a man?" I have not seen this; the title is too elusive, and it does not sound amusing even after reading the plot.

if you listen closely to the movie you can hear someone in the background ask someone a question and it sounds like "you wanna" so thats where the name came from

Not really on topic But OMG!!!!!! I found out what one of my sayings (Juanna Man!) came from. Me and my friend could not figure it out until now. Cool.
