Sueing over suspension

Yes, parents do that nowadays. They can't take responsibility for their child's wrong doing and completely deny their child could possibly do anything wrong and therefore they sue because their child is too "perfect" to have deserved that sort of "embarrassment." Frankly, I feel that parents are too lack and they need to start disciplining their children and being more involved in their lives. So many kids get away with anything and their parents won't do anything about it. My uncle married this lady who already had three kids from a previous marriage. The youngest has been caught with drugs several times and was even put in rehab by the state for 6 months. Supposedly recovered, she keeps testing positive for drugs. This past weekend, she wanted to go with her brother to some relatives' place on the other side of the state, but my uncle told her that she could only go if she took a drug test and tested negative. The mother wouldn't let her daughter take the test! What kind of mother is that? My uncle is so close to leaving the family!
