WTF is this bitches problem. Her husband slapped her around awhile back but she doesn't wanna sign the papers... It makes no sense. Get him completely out of your life and have done with it. This really annoyed me.

Those weren't divorce papers. They had already been divorced for several years. He wanted to get remarried, but he had to get their marriage annulled through the Catholic Church. She didn't feel it was right to say that the marriage never existed, so she refused to sign them. He claimed that he had gotten a lot of therapy and had become a better person, but she felt that this didn't excuse his actions.
