shareThey aired out of order. He died in Chapter 34 or so which they aired after Chapter 36. When they show it on TV One, they run them in shooting order.

ohh that explains it. yeah the only place i can catch it is on TV One and it explains why dennis miller popped up out of nowhere and then disappeared and came back again.
shareStill doesn't make complete sense. At the end of Chapter 36 Scott Guber is clearly unhappy with Meredith Peters. At the beginning of Chapter 34 he was defending her. While a small oversite, it doesnt seem like moving Chapter 36 in front of 34 fixes this continuity error.
