Okay, Danny Hanson did get married in Season 4, but even that marriage was strained.

Harper was divorced, Lipschultz was widowered.

I guess it was the only way they could depict certain teachers as sex-crazed, especially Ronnie Cook who went from guy to guy like chimps swinging from tree to tree.

Harper warned Scott in Season 1 not to get involved with Lauren Davis, yet in Season 4, he gets involved with Marilyn Sudor.

often in workplaces, ppl spend so much time together that they form romantic relationships. I think they were trying to show this. i work in a place where we spend holidays, birthdays and most of our time together
