Rollerball 2

Does anyone know if there wil be a sequel? Because I heard on the American Wedding board that the reason Chris Klein wasn't in the third movie was because he was doing Rollerball 2: Keep On Rollin'

there shouldn't be a Rollerball sequal. If they are doing a second film it would have to be a prequal because at the end of the film Cross killed Petrovich and the miners trashed a stadium and killed a few goons.
If they did do a sequal it could be that the game becomes even more violent and the Horsemen call on Cross to save them from relegation or that Ridly didn't die.

Make the matches more international, set it in Europe as well as Asia and bring back Toba!

They already made the sequel. George Lucas was so excited, he stayed up all night and did it on his computer. Rollerball Episode 2, the Quest for Editing. They moved the game to space, so its much more hardcord in zero G - Chris Klein actually plays 4 different roles like Eddie Murphy in Nutty Professor. You should see it, its pretty good, I give it 2 Rollerballs.

I hope thre isn't a sequel. I know I said in anothre topic that I don't dislike this film, and I don't, but it would be pretty silly making a sequel seeing as hardly anyone liked this one!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE A REMAKE OF THE ORIGINAL ROLLERBALL.

This film, the 2002 film bearing the name "rollerball." Was nothing like the original. The only similarity was the sport, and the main character's name was "Jonathan." That was it. The interpritation of Rollerball 1975 to Rollerball 2002 is worse than the Resident Evil game to movie. Somebody needs to take all the great aspects from the original Rollerball, and do a remake that people nowdays will watch. -I adore the original rollerball, but some segments of the movie are pretty slow after you've watched it a couple times.

They wouldn't make a sequal to this film because it bombed so bad.

Sequels are usually only made to films that are a good idea, or grossed high. This film apparently has done neither of these.

Second, if I ever become a director, I'll do what Peter Jackson did. I'll cash in on some epic Trilogy, then I'll remake this, and make it GOOD. I was really dissapointed by this peice of crap. This could've been brilliant.
