Doesn't deserve to be in Bottom 100

I happened to notice that Rollerball '02 was in the bottom 100 films of all time. Granted, it had some ridiculously bad acting, mostly on the part of Chris Klein, and also featured a very weak highly improbable series of events for a culmination , but it had some redeeming social value, in the form of being action packed, high energy visually stunning fun.....just a good clean emotionally involving stupid good time. Particularly memorable for example was the "payback" scene early in the film where Jon A Ton rapped on the plexiglass that protected the band, and caused the bass player to begin laying down a cool heavy line that nicely preceded the action that was to follow.

Okaayyy... What other reason would a movie be in the bottom 100 if not for "ridiculously bad acting".

Although I grant you I did like that sequence were Chris' character knocked on the plexiglass and the band started playing. That what pretty cool.

I'm just saying it had some redeeming value-enough to keep it off the bottome 100

I don't necessarily disagree with you, but what, other than the scene we both mentioned and the fact that Jean Reno (my favorite character actor of all time and the reason I even watched this movie at all) was in it, gave this movie any more redeeming value?

If you want to back this assertion up, then try and name 100 movies worse than this piece of crap...please

this si one of the worst movies i've ever seen. bottom 100? definitely.

This is IMHO the worst film ever made. There are film that could be considered technically worse, but in one way or another I find they have more redeeming qualities then this film. Even Troll 2 is better because that I find entertaining, same with Plan 9 from outer space. This version of Rollerball I could not enjoy in any way despite it's many many many flaws. There is nothing at all good about this movie. It should have every copy burned and the ashes burried 100 meters under hallowed ground.
