shareJust search for Kite (Special Edition). Make sure you get the uncut version by avoiding the general release and the "Director's cut." The only one you should get is the Special Edition! It's the only one fully uncut in America.

It's where I buy most of my anime. From Blood the Last Vampire to the hentai like Bible Black & Kite. They have a good selection.
Walked into my local video store, picked it (the uncut version) up off the shelf, brought it to the counter, and then paid for it. That edition is still available from the kittymedia.com website.
shareRight now, I own the censored version and may upgrade to get the uncensored version when I have the money.
Edit: Scratch that. I already torrent downloaed it; the OVA uncensored version. Though, i'll still keep the censored DVD, anyway. :)
