Does Dave Barry appear in the movie?

The Dave Barry wikipedia article says that Big Trouble features a cameo by Barry, but I don't remember seeing him in it. Does anyone know where he appears in the movie if at all?

Apparently he's uncredited as a lawyer.

I believe that His Daveness appeared in the board room scene, though I missed him both times I watched it. Which is pretty sad, considering I've had my picture taken with him twice... another story entirely.
