Do you think it's a possibility Margot liked Peter?

IMO,I think so

according to Anne's diary,it does seem like she has a crush on him, even though she denies all that stuff when they're writing letters to each other

what do you think?

Yeah, I think Margot did like Peter. Both of them are so alike, as they are both shy and spend most of their time studying, and so Margot would have known that they would get on well together. But I think Anne made a bigger impression on Peter as she was easier to talk to and obviously stood out.

I think it's a definite possibility, yeah. They seem a lot more compatible than he and Anne did, and Margot was probably very aware of that. Also, I'm sure it didn't help that he was the only boy her age she had around to talk to, when she probably had a lot on her mind that she would have loved to discuss with someone. It seems like people tend to forget that Margot (and all the others, actually) had another side, a deeper side, just like Anne. It's like their 'other sides' always get lost, and they end up looking like one-dimensional characters, when they were anything BUT that.

Margot is an Aquarius, and Peter is a Scorpio. You might find them “at odds” more often then not. Scorpios are brooding, secretive and determined to get their way. They keep a lot inside and aren’t willing to give in anytime soon. Aquarius is always on the move and ready to meet new people and learn new things. A jealous Scorpio won’t like this side of an outgoing Aquarius. Aquarius won’t appreciate the way Scorpio has to do things – their way or no way. However, sometimes a middle ground can be achieved. So, I'd say Margot and Peter DID have a crush, but they wouldn't work out together. I did catch in Anne's diary a few hints that Margot had a crush on Peter. (Sorry, I'm a sucker for astronomy.)

I think at some point she did but it seems to me that she saw that Peter was a bit childish (remember, Margot was mature for her age) so she probably moved on.
