How graphic is this?

Just wondering, I'm watching it in class at the moment. I don't have a very strong stomach.

Nothing extremely disturbing happens. I happen to have the largest phobia of stick thin bodies, so I was afraid of seeing that in this. The girl who plays Anne is very skinny, but not in a scary sense. The most graphic scene is when Anne and mother and sister arrive at Auschwitz to get their hair cut, they are naked, but the film censors everything.

I showed this to my class (7th graders) because the DVD that I got said Classroom edition...and Disney made it...

Well not knowing what was in it, on the 2nd disc it does show women's breasts and their butts.

Don't women publicly breast-feed where you come from? ... here nobody thinks twice about it ...I suppose all that prudishness about breasts (eg: the Janet Jackson brouhaha) comes from the extreme fetishisation of them in American, (and English), culture, (eg: Porky's, American Pie etc).

Tits is tits, no big deal, and the tots don't need to be protected from them, it's the kiddies that they were made for.

But you ARE Blanche ... and I AM.
