Boy in the Striped Pajamas may be the only Holocaust film I know of that took my breath away more than AFTWS, if only for the ending which I won't reveal. But, which one do you believe is more powerful?

But I just wasn't emotionally invested in the main characters, as I was with Anne Frank. Anne Frank was a very specific person, with her own flaws, talents, and interests. The kid in boy in striped pajamas wasn't.
Well Anne's story was real while The Boy in the Striped Pajamas was based on a fictional book. However, I thought both were equally powerful.
Don't eva let nobody tell you you ain't strong enough
This one definitely got me more as this one was real. Boy in the Striped Pajamas while the Holocaust is real that story wasn't. This one actually made me cry.
