At least the Nazi bitch was HOT.
Blue-eyed blonde Victoria Smurfit did a believable job. (English/Irish girls playing Nazis? Not new. Remember Allison Doody in INDY JONES AND THE LAST CRUSADE.) Her cover as the leader of a Human Rights organization was compelling. I'm only sorry she didn't do more. Ogling the bound Monk's naked torso (at least we presume that, it wasn't shown) was just a tease. The final battle with "Bad Girl" was pretty good, but only a minute long. And her death scene wasn't convincing enough. A similar girl vs. girl battle/neck break in BALLISTIC let you KNOW that Cory Everson's character DIED... not so here. I was looking for Victoria to make a "come back from dead" for some more action, like the main villain DID. :-) I think the Nazi granddaughter would have been given more to do if this had been made in the "pre-P.C." days of the 1980s.
