The scroll parts were very interesting, the whole legend and story behind it, but the dialogue and the parts with the guy and girl hooking up were just mindnumbingly stupid.

The effects were not bad.Chow really moves.

No.. these actors are actually popular.
The dialog in parts is just so bad and scott is such a bad actor.
It really ruins the entire film. It did have potential though

I always thought Chow Yun-Fat's outfit/costume was pretty cool-looking.
