I think it's pretty funny how lightly they were taking the situation of opening the gates of hell.
Like how Kalina was against putting the kids in danger to get Arthur to sacrifice himself. "But they're just kids!" Lady, you're opening the gates of hell. If these kids end up dying during the process of opening the gates of hell, they're probably better off than if they stick around to witness the results.
