Jean Kriticos is the obvious speaking role, but Susan LeGrow verbally summons Bobby into the basement (albeit offscreen).
Meh. I don't count Jean as speaking. But I know Matthew lillards character spoke once and I suppose if I count Jean that would make two but I thought Susan played a record and I had always assumed that record was cyrus who want really dead
