Are spirits only visible at night? Because Haku at the beginning of the film told Chihiro to leave before the sun went down. If they only come out at night, then why was Haku visible during the day? Are they only visible during the day if they're inside the bath house?

It's not that they're only visible at night; It's that if Chihiro doesn't leave before the sun goes down, she's stuck in that world.
