I was about to start a new thread about this topic when I saw your post.

My favorite character is Kamaji, the baby and the creature bird when they are transformed, no-face and the jumping street light (although it had a very small screen time but i loved it).

Chihiro, Haku, Lin, those little black things that worked for Kamaji, No Face.

No face is my favorite. The way that he's worked in the story gave him a great personally.
