as far as the plot goes i think it is pretty much the same but i am going to say some one like you just because i like hugh jackman

they're not the same. The second one was kind of educational on how to date quality men. This movie is about dating losers. The woman in this movie does not know how to pick or keep a man. First u pick a good quality man, then u keep him interested.
