That Painting!

Does anyone know the name of the painting that shows up on the postcard next to Vivian's hospital bed and over the fireplace in EM Ashford's office? It is of a man with arrows in his side. I have no idea how to go about finding out what the name of this is! Thanks for you help.

Mackenzie, it isn't exact, but this is borrowed from Perugino's version of the Martyrdom of Saint Sebastian, commonly portrayed as a youth, shot through with arrows.
