Did the director imply... (Spoilers)

That the first sexual interaction between the older sister and the college student was in fact sodomy? The man licks his hand and puts the spit on the tip of his penis. I thought that with the amount of foreplay going on, he should have been able to penetrate her vaginally with no problem. (though he was rather well endowed and she was a slender, small female)

The next time the couple has sex, the man implies that this will be "there first time". The older sister also screams and is clearly not enjoying herself during her first sexual experience, but later makes no such painful sounds. A very difficult film to watch, but I am not upset that I did. (I did some hard thinking about how I have treated females with regards to sex, esp. in my youth)

Yes, that's why the guy said something along the lines of "All girls take it the back way the first time, that way it doesn't count".

It wasn't implied, it was said out loud.

She didn't want to have sex with him and bought his line that anal sex was not really sex.

I'm a bit confused here. She screamed throughout the anal sex but not the first vaginal sex encounter.

anal sex is far more potentially injuring than vaginal sex. lots of girls who have vaginal sex for the first time don't bleed and it doesn't hurt. but logically anal sex always will on the first try because it produces no natural lubrication, unlike the vagina and vulva and there is very delicate tissue located there, even more than the vagina. i find it ridiculous that only a spot of saliva was used for lubrication (not least the manipulation he used that made her agree to it) and incredibly disturbing that he didn't stop, even when hearing her anguished cries of pain
