Not from what I remember. Right here on imdb it lists Chris Carter, Vince Gilligan, John Shiban and Frank Spotnitz, with Morgan + Wong listed literally at the bottom of the credits page with '(uncredited)' added after 'creator: "Lone Gunmen" characters'.

Yep. Glen Morgan and James Wong created the characters, but Carter et al created the TV show that stars them.
I'm new to this show. Did Wong and Morgan write any episodes of it? If not, that's a crime of crimes.
I don't think Morgan & Wong got credit when the episodes originally aired, at least not on the earlier eps.
They (justifiably) raised a stink about it and got their credit.
A similar thing happened with "Harsh Realm", it was loosely based on a comic and Chris Carter & Ten Thirteen initially tried to take "creator" credit before legally having to acknowledge the true creators.
In reality Glen Morgan & James Wong" should have been listed as creators during the opening credits and then "Developed by" Carter, Frank Spotnitz, John Shiban and Vince Gilligan.
