That's not entirely true. Remember the beginning of the episode "Tango de los Pistoleros"? When Eve's yelling at them in the motel room for screwing up her mission, she gives them some money so they'll leave her alone (I think one of them proposed using some of it to go to Red Lobster). Plus, she did eventually become (More or less) friends with them.
