Kate isn't too bright. If she would have taken the lid off the back, there's CLEAN water in there she could have stuck her hair in.

unless she recently used it wouldn't the water in the toilet be clean?

I'm sure many people have done this. It's just not something people would probably tell anybody .

A survival expert that visited our school a few years ago told s that the water in both the toilet bowl and the tank contains drinkable water. So I am sure you can wash your hair with it, although it would not be recommended.

Haha, it was a little unexpected but yeah as long as the toilet is cleaned regularly, and it wasn't used recently, there should be not problem. Either way, not something anyone would admit to.
