What happens to him in the beginning?

Something happens with his private area and everyone is laughing at him for some reason in the very beginning. What is happening and what is his medical problem?

he had a boner and the librarian thought he had some sort of weapon so she grabbed it and was going to take him to the principal's office. supposedly his penis broke. I think the technical term is erectus penis defectus..lol. anyway, that's everyone started calling him "broke dick" at the end of the movie when the two jerks revealed that gil and dizzy were the same guy.

his medical problem was the broken penis. he never actually had tourette's syndrome, that's just what the counselor said he had.... probably because he cussed up a storm when he got his dick snapped.

Tourette syndrome is defined by multiple motor and vocal tics lasting for more than one year. Many people have only motor tics or only vocal tics. The first symptoms usually are involuntary movements (tics) of the face, arms, limbs or trunk. These tics are frequent, repetitive and rapid. The most common first symptom is a facial tic (eye blink, nose twitch, grimace), and is replaced or added to by other tics of the neck, trunk, and limbs.

the correct term is penile fracture, there arent any bones in the penis but there are to big blood vessels and they split in half and the blood rushes out and it swells up and its very painful. i've seen it before, it was alright though we rushed your mom to the hospital and shes fine now.
