Did anybody else see the irony...

in the fact that Eliza Dushku (who played Faith on the TV series of Buffy) was a cheerleader in this movie and at one point, they did a cheer of "how funky is your chicken" and in the movie version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer with Kirsty Swanson, her cheerleading team did the same cheer. I just thought it was kind of ironically funny lol

reply

You're right that is funny.

Ahahaha I'll tell you what's funny. That you told the original poster you thought it was funny, and then replied to yourself calliing yourself a complete freaking idiot. That's funny cause it's ironic, and even more funny cause you're such a freaking idiot!!

Go to the loo, 'cause all the *beep*'s coming out your mouth instead of your a-hole...

reply

I'm very well aware of the definition of irony, thank you.

Why do people get their jollies dissing people online? It's ridiculously immature and childish. Perhaps "irony" was not the right word to use for it, but I really don't think that's any of your concern. It's not your problem and it was my mistake.

reply

ashley - there are many a'holes online. You have just met one. These kids are best ignored. (which is not always easy to do! They are like little mosquitos)

reply

I've met several, actually lol I pretty much ask them the point of dissing people online because it doesn't make you "macho" or whatever the hell it does for them to argue with a computer and they usually end up going away. Good analogy with the mosquitos though lol Very true.

reply

not to be rude but as an english major i feel obliged to say that it's not irony, it's coincidence

reply

I have already said that irony was probably not the proper word for it.

I touch the fire and it freezes me. I look into it and it's black.

reply

So anyway, back to the point, I noticed that as well when I saw Buffy on TV just the other day.

reply

She was also a cheerleader in Bring It On!
